Yes. We groom one dog at a time and take it at their pace, finding the way that stresses them least.
We talk it through with you before we start and can show you a chart so you can see the length. Nothing gets cut until you are happy with the plan.
We do, and a lot of our dogs come to us for their very first groom. We keep it gentle and easy so they are relaxed about coming back.
We talk you through the process, then bath, dry and trim at a pace that suits your puppy. Ask us what would suit your dog's coat and age.
We are at 9Tails Dog Grooming Limited, Muswell Ave, London N10 2EJ, with a calm garden to arrive in. We are open Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and closed Saturday and Sunday.
